promotion rules

 

  1. By entering our Hand in Hand promotion you agree to the Terms and Conditions  and agree to abide by the rules set out herein.
  2. Failure to abide by these rules will lead to automatic disqualification.
  3. Skywalker Enterprise PTY(LTD) is exempt from liability for any loss or damage whatsoever which may arise from this promotion.
  4. The decision of the promoter(Skywalker Enterprise) is final, binding and at their sole discretion. No  correspondance will be entered into.
  5. The participants must provide correct and up to date personal information when required by the promoter and consent to their details being processed in terms of The Protection of Personal information Act, No 4 of 2013.
  6. The promoters reserve the right to amend these rules at their sole discretion at any time they deem fit.
  7. The money collected will be at the discretion of Skywalker Enterprise to divide and allocate to the beneficiaries as they deem fit.
  8. By entering this promotion you acknowledge that it is for donating funds to various causes, organisations and individuals.

The participant

 

  1. The participant must be 18 years or older and a permanent citizen or resident of S.A.
  2. By entering the promotion, the participant expressly acknowledges that he/she has been given the chance to first read the promotion rules before entering the promotion and that he/she understands and thereby agrees to the promotion rules.

 

How this works

 

The aim of this promotion is to collect and allocate much needed funds from willing participants who want to donate money into funding various people and organisations who would otherwise not qualify by the rules set out in traditional financial institutions. 

Beneficiaries will be chosen fortnightly.
